I had been ignorant of this path
Now that Love has fallen into my heart
This grieving heart of mine has boiled and overflowed ( with joy).
Those who do not burn this wood, that is Love
Those who ignore the certainty of death
Those whose eyes are open, yet they are not awake,
They move on in ignorance and heedlessness.
This Love was a dream to me
The Truth has made life easy for me
Dervish Yunus is a bird,
That has flown away from the masses.
